Your bank account is a financial account maintained by us where your financial transactions with us are recorded.
After applying for a card it will be activated within 24 Hours. After this hours and your card remains inactive, please contact us for assistance.
Changing your account password has been simplified. Visit your account settings when logged in and follow the instructions.
To do this, simply click on Fund Transfer and choose transfer option.
Your identity is verified during registeration by our automated system, it searches your country for your identity. If it fails to find you, your registration will be terminated.
Please note: Your identity is review by our system on a weekly basis and by us evey month.
